If you are regular, thanks for supporting me in my journey. Even after just 5 months it feels like my body is being transformed. I feel better than ever, and I believe the next 12 months will see more radical changes in my body as I begin to bring down my body fat percentage, and hopefully work towards a six pack.

Q: Which gym do you go to?
A: I go to Anytime Fitness 24/7
Q: How often do you workout?
A: As much as I can. Usually it can range from 3 times a week to a full on 6-7 day fitness regime
Q: Why have you decided to get fit?
A: To be honest, I wasn’t really happy with my body, but also because continuing to be in an unfit state was damaging to my health. So primarily it was to make sure that I was healthy and didn’t succumb to any illnesses and such. Also other reasons, are to allow myself to be happy. I mean being more attractive doesn’t hurt right, so getting fit has made me better looking although I don’t really care about what other people think. But to be frank, being more attractive can be useful.
