Hey guys thanks so much for stopping by! I have decided to vlog about another body transformation journey for my next show. I will be posting weekly vlogs about my diet and work out regime. I find this is also motivating for myself and a way to keep myself accountable.
I fell off the bandwagon after dealing with some personal issues (childhood trauma that had been suppressed and a break up – I have written a blog about this which you can find on my website).
During my Christmas trip to the Philipppines and Taiwan, I gained 5kg which is 11lbs! Now I am back in Australia and have picked myself up and dealt with the stuff going on, I am ready to start another weight loss journey to stage! Unlike my other transformation of losing 30 kilos (which are in other fitness vlogs) I don’t have as far to go but I know there is still a lot of work yet to be done.
In this fitness vlog I share the food I ate in the Philippines, the food I am now eating in Australia and there is even a workout video towards the end. Thanks for following my weight loss journey and I can’t wait for another body transformation to stage!
