Written Exercise Programs This plan is for those who cannot meet with a trainer face to face but they have the resources and will at their disposal. The Written Exercise Plan is a 4-5d/wk or 2-3d/wk exercise plan that is created to fit your specific goals while utilizing the environment you will be working in. The best thing about this plan is that you can reuse it and tweak it after you’ve completed the first month. But of course, if you want expert advice, come see me for a re-up. After the Initial Consultation where goals are discussed, and your medical history paperwork is completed, payment is collected and I begin working on your plan.
