**In this Exercise You Should do a sideways Abdominal contraction with your feet and elbow on the ground.
You should Lay down sideways and support your elbow on the floor above your Shoulder line. Support yhe opposite foot on the ground. Keep one arm overhead.
So lift your knee in front of your body and try to touch your elbow on your knee.
Make the maximum contraction of the Abs Muscle all the time!. Your Lower Back is working in this exercise to stabilize your body.
You can do 3 or 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps for better results.
It’s a efficient movement to develop your Abs without equipments at home!
