You will be jumping, squatting, pushing up, doing #burpees, doing #core exercises to get ripped #abs. After 10 weeks of this #hell you will have a super #hot body! Join the challenge and just wait to become a fitness supermodel!

These 30-40 minute workouts , combined with good eating habits, is all you need to build a toned , lean body. Every Monday for 10 consecutive weeks I will post a workout that you need to do every day Mon-Sat. Sunday is your rest day. The task is to finish the workout as fast as you can, maintaining good form. So get your timer & water ready, turn on your favorite music and LETS GET #HOTFORSUMMER !!!
