If you are a beginner make sure to take it slow and don’t jump into doing intense workouts especially if you have never exercise in your life.
Start by doing low intensity workouts. This will give your body enough time to adopt to the exercise until your body become stronger and leaner.
Be patient and remember that progression is the key here.
