Killer Bs, it’s my BirthMONTH and this is one of my favorite things (you’re welcome for that song being stuck in your head): a DUMBBELL TABATA! We’re going full body, full throttle, full-on SWEAT with this 30 minute CARDIO TONING workout that thankfully includes a warm up and a cool down. (see full exercise breakdown below)

Why wouldn’t you? This is super efficient full body conditioning right here! Cardio for calories and strength for muscle toning, all at the same time. BOOM!
Where this fits into your routine:
I think of workouts like this as cardio, personally. Even with the weights, it’s more about endurance than bodybuilding, ya know?
Somewhere in the vicinity of 250 – 300 calories (this number depends on your weight and intensity)
⌛ HIIT timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
WARM UP (complete one interval of each exercise, unweighted)
MAIN WORKOUT (repeat each exercise for eight work intervals before moving on):
Reverse Lunges with a Kick
Flying Fast Ups
Big Swing Squat Jumps
Ice Skaters with a Punch
FINISHER (complete four intervals with no rest):
