Today was a day to workout at home and I will let you all know what I did below.

50 Jumping jacks
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
20 push-ups (girly ones 🙈)

120 seconds of the ball leg raises (Each)
3 sets of 10 of the weight lifting 🏋🏼
