It’s Day 3 and I made it back to the gym for my second workout of Week 1. Today is „leg day“ and I really burned up some calories. Haven’t worked out my legs in so many years I know I’m gonna be sore tomorrow. This is only the beginning but I’m really starting to feel confident about keeping this up for the 12 weeks and then some.
