Hey Guys,

So I have finally got to doing this video. Many of you wanted know how I lost all the weight and what I ate. Well here it is. I decide to use the app fitness for weightloss and as well as follow my diet plan i used when I was training. I will be doing this for the next 30 days and doing different exercise. Since I have lost the weight, I have put on about 1.5kg which I am trying to get rid on now. The struggle is real y’al. My eating has been relatively good though.

I have decided to upload after a week with this fitness journey. I feel its a lot better as I have more time to put it together. 🙂

Diet Plan:

Morning
Cup of water
Green Tea (half boiling water half tap water so you can slam it down and get it out of the way)
Cereal (Weet-Bix or anything high in fibre) (quarter full cream, three quarter boiling water that you used for the tea = good calcium) otherwise all Lite milk (even better skim, even better soy)

2 hours later…

5 boiled eggs (only one yolk though, the rest are all whites)
OR
Low fat protein shake

2 hours later…

Lunch
1. Four table spoons brown rice OR visually about the same amount of brown pasta, otherwise turn meal into half a wholemeal bread sandwich.
w/
2. One small can of tuna w/ lemon dressing OR boiled chicken w/ 3. 97% fat free mayo or 97% fat free dijonaise (amount of chicken should be same amount of rice or pasta. Otherwise like I said, chuck it all in a wholemeal bread sandwich.

3 hours later…

Lettuce tomato and cucumber salad w/ lemon dressing (visually about the same amount as your rice or pasta meal)
w/
2.

3 hours later…

Dinner
Steamed vegetables (visually about the same amount as your rice or pasta meal)
w/
Grilled steak (fat trimmed off) w/ 3. (amount of steak should be the same amount of veggies)
