Daily Exercise Prescription from Siscoe Gym;
5 x Deadlifts (Protocol weight for men 225lbs (scale down if needed) and 135lbs for women)
9 x Box Jumps (Protocol height for men is 24″ and 20″ for women)
13 x Push Ups

This is an AMRAP 20 mins
So As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 mins.
