Workout:
Prisoner Squats (60, 45, 30)
High Knees/cycle 20m
Burpees (60, 45, 30)
High Knees/cycle 20m
3 x 10 push ups/30 sec jump rope
High Knees/cycle 20m
Lunge 20m
High Knees/cycle 20m
100m run back to start.
2 minute rest before 2nd set
