Jack Knife
Jump Squat With Pulse

Box Squats 4 Sets of 10

Curtsy Lunges 4 Sets of 12

Single Leg Hack Squat 2 Sets of 8

Elevated Split Squat 2 Sets of 8

Glute Kick Back 4 Sets of 12

Dumbbell RDL 4 Sets of 12
