THE WORKOUT:
2 minutes of each exercise and 30 secs rest in between. Finish up with your favorite ab routine

1) Jab only (2 mins)
30 sec rest
2) Cross only (2 mins)
30 sec rest
3) Jab & Cross (2 mins)
30 sec rest
4)Hooks focused on technique (2 mins)
30 sec rest
5)Hooks focused on Power (2 mins)
30 sec rest
6)Combination of everything (2 mins)
