These are the exercises for the first round of the workout…
1. Jumping Jacks 0:34
2. Squats 0:41
3. T – Push Ups 1:02
4. Vertical Jumps 1:25
5. Prisoner Lunges 1:47

Rest 1 minute then start round two 2:14

After you have finished with round two you get another 60 second rest period. Then it’s on to round 3. 3:44
