In this episode I’ll be sharing the things I’ve learned during this week. One of which is answering the question what it the most important thing while trying to lose weight. Is it a healthy balanced diet or is it working out, running and going to the gym?
I’ve had a rough week with a lot of temptations and cheat meals, but I’ve learned a lot from it and I now know how important it is to keep to your plan both for the diet and the workouts.
I have also started going to the gym and lifting weights in order to strengthen my upper body.
