This workout utilizes two of different types of jump ropes both for different purposes. The speed rope, to improve speed + footwork and muscle toning + the agility rope to increase endurance and well.. agility. Let’s get intense. Let’s get after it. And let’s go home. #DOTHETHING.

30 sec – jump rope speed rope
1 min – jump rope agility rope
30 sec – jump rope speed rope
1 min – jump rope agility rope
30 sec – jump rope speed rope
1 min – jump rope agility rope
30 sec – jump rope speed rope
1 min – jump rope agility rope

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 2-3x (2 beginner, 3 for advanced)
