Working out on the beach is brilliant motivation, the wonderful scenery and fresh sea air is sure to get your blood pumping.
After 30+ years of working with celebrity and private clients to improve their lifestyle and image, I decided earlier this year that I would embark on my own ‚life change‘ journey. This Youtube series will include tips and inspiration for weight loss, fitness and nutrition.
