My name is Ileka. I’m a wife and Mom of 4 young children. I’ve been overweight since birth but recently loss 100 + pounds and still have a ways to go.

I created this 30-45 min HIIT Workout Routine for my 6 week challenge.

Goal Weight: 175 lbs

Eating/Diet: Intermittent Fasting, Keto, Ketogenic Diet / Low Carb with occasional cheats.
Exercise: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Boot Camp, Walking, Running, Spin Bike, Weight Training
