Hey lovelies! Blast fat and lose weight with my HIIT workout! This is a basic routine that is great for people who are trying to lose weight but don’t know which exercises to start with.
HOW TO DO THIS WORKOUT:
-Start with the warm up, doing each move for 1 minute.
-With each round, perform each exercise for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. Repeat the round 3 times before moving onto the next one. (It helps to use a tabata timer app for this!)
