Arm & Shoulder Workout | Stay at Home Mom | Weight Loss Journey

Need Help on HOW to Lose Weight?! Lose weight fast like I did! I lost 75lbs in less than a year ALL NATURALLY. Strength training and proper nutrition are key. View this simple, super EASY & EFFECTIVE workout to sculpt beautiful arms and shoulders using ONLY a pair of dumbbells.

Exercises in this video (I am using 15lb dumbbells here. Use a challenging enough weight for you but not one so heavy that you can not finish the work out. You should be sweating when done!)

1. Over Head Press 3 sets of 10 reps @0:43
2. Over Head Tricep Extension 3 sets of 10 reps @0:53
3. Upright Row 3 sets of 10 reps @1:03
4. Alternating Bicep Curls 3 sets of 20 reps (10 each side) @1:13
