Physical exercise at lunchtime. Here’s a lunchtime workout for general fitness, health and weight loss. This is a core workout that I watched last week, led by Adam at AB FITNESS.
He travels to many business locations in the South Downs and further afield to help people get fit in their lunch hour, and this video is a 1 minute showcase from a South Downs business park where people spent 45 minutes working out together in the open air.
It’s a core workout session for fitness, weight loss, fat burn and general physical exercise.
