Firstly, I would just like to say this. The instructor speaks clearly and give very good directions for you to follow. There is no doubt this will be challenging, however, you will start to lose weight if you do it regularly.
Do not expect to do it 1 or 2 times and see yourself losing lots of weight. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. But, for instance, when it is done everyday then you will begin to see the difference.

There are plenty of arm and leg exercises in it, therefor you will lose weight as you dance along, working out. It is good fun.
You really do get a great workout from doing this routine. It is a great length of just over 40 minutes. Where you will definitely work up a sweat.
