90 Day Weight Loss | Day7 | Workout to lose 10 Pounds In One Week
This video goes over the workouts that I followed for the past week to almost lose 10 pounds in one week. You can not out work a bad diet so even though most of this is water and glycogen however 10 pounds of weight were almost lost and able to lose weight fast, my diet was still on point. to achieve this fast weight loss I followed the push pull leg routine that I am going to outline in this video as well as my ab and cardio routine. The weight that was lost this past week a good bit of was from me being able to burn belly fat fast with my push pull leg routine.
