Today’s workout is a „Bikini Strong“ workout which is focuses on abs and arms. Personality, I think the Stability Ball Pike was the hardest workout in this workout lol.
This workout was recorded on Tuesday, April 10. Up to this point I have not missed a workout yet 🎉 (this is by far my longest workout streak yet!)
