I know my videos are crazy but these tips/hacks actually work

So there are many ways to lose weight or get fit but it starts with

eating less salt
eat less salt to be healthy in general but eating less salt can help slim down your face giving you the illusion that you have lost weight.

do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
when you do this your body uses its fat as energy thus making your cardio session twice as effective

diet
take a slow
drink water – not milk, soda or juice(they are unhealthy)
eat spicy food, drink a glass of water when you wake up and drink 2 cups of green tea to burn calories easily

exercise
keep workout short and intense
do full body workouts for maximum calorie burning

motivation
you are the only person stopping you from losing weight
