Today’s Workout:
20 seconds – jump rope run in place
20 seconds – feet side to side
20 seconds – jump rope regular bounce
20 seconds – jumping jacks
20 seconds – jump rope run in place
20 seconds – feet side to side
20 seconds – jump rope regular bounce
20 seconds – jumping jacks
*Rest 10 seconds between each set
*Complete circuit 5x resting 1 min between circuits
