Remember its all about increasing the time and reps per circuit completed for the days.
2 Reps per exercise ( countdown timer of 8 minutes)
4 Reps per exercise ( countdown timer of 13 minutes)
6 Reps per exercise ( countdown timer of 15 minutes)
8 Reps per exercise ( countdown timer of 20 minutes)
10 Reps per exercise ( countdown timer of 25 minutes)
12 Reps per exercise ( countdown timer of 30 minutes)
COMPETE AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE AMRAP….
If you are not apart of the challenge you can put a timer for how ever long you have to workout for… Even 5 minutes doing 4 reps per each in a circuit is a killer
