Light back/chest day was a win today. Threw in some weighted core at the end because, well… I felt like it. Nutrition, training, and mentality is on point so far. Here is what my workout looked like today —

Warm-up: 3 sets of 10-15 band assisted pull ups

4×10 Wide-grip pull down SUPERSET with close grip pull down

4×12 Kettlebell upright row

Chest warm-up: 3 sets of 15 push-ups

4×12 Dumbbell chest press SUPERSET with dumbbell chest fly

3×12 Cable chest fly SUPERSET with push-ups (talk about a killer chest finisher)

Core: 3×12 weighted plate V-ups & 3×30 (L,R=1) Plate Russian twists

Post-workout fueled by: 1stPhorm 1 scoop CTC Phormula-1 and ½ scoop of Ignition
