You don’t need any equipment and it is pretty easy to do. Just take it at your own pace.
Just to point out, I am not a fitness instructor, I am a mum of 2, work full time and just wanted to share how I got rid of my mum tum and what I do to stay active. Hopefully you will love this workout and feel as good as I do.
