This is a ten-minute chair workout that can be done 3 times a day. It will help you with achieving your fitness goals. This workout is for people with knee pain or any other injuries. I also created this workout because I am still recovering from my ankle fusion surgery I had a year ago and 6 months ago. This video was also inspired by Hasfit, Coach Kozak). He has a great workout program for people who have injuries.
